The new Oris watch comes in a multi-piece titanium case. It sets a unidirectional bezel with clear Arabic numerals and strips on it. At three o’clock of the watch case, there is a stainless steel screw-in crown and at ten o’clock of the watch case is an auto matic helium valve, the must-have design for a diver watch which releases the water pressure when the diver is going back to the surface. The top of the watch case is one in a domed anti-glare sapphire crystal and its back is engraved with the Manta Ray logo. The dial of the Oris Maldives Limited Edition watch is a charming blue one. It houses luminous indices and hands which are treated with orange superluminova compound. The hour and minute hands are designed in the classic leaf shape and a small second hand is placed at the sub-dial at nine o’clock. The date is indicated by a small aperture at three o’clock and the brand’s name is displayed under twelve o’clock. Overall, the dial of the Oris Maldives Limited Edition watch is concise and easy to read. It makes convenient for the divers when they are in the deep sea.
Teaming with the Oris Maldives Limited Edition watch is a multi-piece bracelet of the same material of the watch case – titanium or a rubber strap in black. The former is terminated by a folding clasp while the latter is closed by a buckle. Both versions tightly secure the Oris watch to one’s wrist.
